1. The following Standing Committees are hereby set up within the Plenary Assembly:

• “Democracy and Good Governance” Commission;
• Peace and Security Commission;
• Humanitarian and Social Issues Committee;
• Economic Development, Natural Resources and Regional Integration Commission;
• Women, Children and Vulnerable Persons Committee.

2. The Plenary Assembly may establish other Standing Committees as well as special and temporary Committees as it deems necessary to achieve the objectives of the Forum.
