The final declaration of the thirteenth ordinary session of the Plenary Assembly of the Forum of Parliaments of the member countries of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (FP-ICGLR), held in Juba, South Sudan, from March 27 to April 1, 2023. The assembly took note of the reports on the regional situation (political, security, humanitarian), the financial situation of the PF-ICGLR and the efforts of parliamentary diplomacy. She thanked the parliaments that had paid their contributions and encouraged others to do so. Thanks were extended to the former Presidents of the PF-ICGLR and the President of South Sudan for his hospitality. The next session is scheduled to take place in Lusaka, Zambia, in March or April 2024.
